Account details, contact details, seller profile details, product submissions, order records, payment method selections, uploaded payment proofs, support messages, and technical information needed to operate the platform.
We use information to create accounts, process orders, verify seller and buyer payments, deliver downloads, manage payouts, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve Webdeks.
Webdeks does not ask you to store card information in this version. PayPal payments are completed through PayPal. Manual crypto payments require a reference and proof screenshot for verification.
Seller name, business name, logo, banner, support contact, ratings, product count, public products, and reviews may be displayed publicly on seller and product pages.
You may request account help, correction, or privacy assistance through the contact page. Some order, payment, or compliance records may need to be retained.
